WILCOMBS, LLC announces 111,488 square foot speculative development in, Mooresville Business Park East, in Iredell County, NC

WILCOMBS, LLC announces that they will be delivering a 111,488 square foot, industrial development within Mooresville Business Park East, in the Iredell County industrial submarket of Charlotte.
The Colliers | Charlotte industrial leasing team of Grant Miller, SIOR, Rob Speir, SIOR, and Justin Smith, SIOR have partnered with WILCOMBS, LLC for brokerage and marketing services to bring manufacturing users to the facility.
The Class A building is currently scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021 and will feature 30’ clear height, an ESFR sprinkler system and LED lighting. This modern facility can accommodate occupiers up to 111,488 square feet and is expandable by 83,616 square feet and is an ideal site for a manufacturer.

G.L. Wilson Building Company, with a long track record of serving manufacturing clients across the Carolinas, will lead the project as the general contractor. They are partnering with McCombs Steel who will provide steel fabrication and steel erection services during the new facility’s construction. Both companies are excited to help bring new economic opportunities to the community by completing this project.

The Mooresville Business Park East, is a 436 Acre Industrial Business Park located in the Town of Mooresville on Highway 150 and Highway 801. The South Iredell Community Development Corporation (SICDC), a public-private partnership established in 1988 has developed more than 1,200 acres, resulting in 4,000 jobs in Mooresville. The SICDC released an RFP process for the speculative development in September 2020, in response to the growing demand in the Charlotte Region for industrial space.
