Tom McMahon joins Lake Norman Realty
Cornelius, NC – Abigail Jennings, President of Lake Norman Realty, is pleased to announce the affiliation of local commercial real estate leader, Tom McMahon CCIM, with her firm’s Commercial Division. “Tom’s extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate market paired with his expertise as a trainer are wonderful additions to our full-service commercial division,” said Jennings.
Over twenty years ago, Tom created and successfully led the first fully commercial firm in the Lake Norman region. He sold his company in March 2019 to SVN Blackstream. After the sale, Tom remained with the firm and was transferred to Charlotte, however, his passion for the Lake Norman market remained strong. When the opportunity to return to his real estate roots at the lake, Tom and Abigail realized Tom’s skills were a perfect fit for Lake Norman Realty’s Commercial Division. Tom’s specialties include commercial real estate investment sales, landlord leasing and tenant representations for retail, industrial, office, land, as well as other corporate services.
Tom is also a real estate educator and a certified trainer for the Top Dog Commercial Training Program. Tom will be launching a new Lake Norman Top Dog Training Program on October 13, 2021. This 14 week course is for brokers seeking to understand and become successful in the commercial real estate business.
