The North Carolina Retail Merchants Association Honors Teross Young

The North Carolina Retail Merchants Association recently awarded Food Lion executive Teross Young a top honor. Young received the Luther T. Moore Excellence in Government Relations Award. He is vice president for government affairs for Retail Business Services, LLC, a unit of the Ahold Delhaize grocery chain whose brands include Food Lion, Giant, and Stop & Shop, and advocates for both retail businesses and municipalities with N.C.  

 Young is also the mayor of Troutman, a fast-growing Iredell County town, and is on the boards of UNC Charlotte, Iredell Health Systems and the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance.
