Iredell EDC Hosts Workforce-focused Meeting

On Wednesday, May 18, Iredell EDC hosted a workforce partners and employers meeting to discuss the new county-wide workforce initiative called Iredell Ready. The meeting was held at Iredell-Statesville Schools Career Academy and Technical School (CATS) in Troutman with over 34 representatives in attendance. As the Iredell Ready Initiative prepares its roll-out with a strategic mission, vision, and goals, the objective of surveying and convening the employers was to ensure connectivity and relevance between the work and the needs of industry. Thank you to Iredell-Statesville Schools and CATS for hosting the meeting at their facility.
