Iredell County Manufacturers Announce Expansions
Iredell County Economic Development Corporation is pleased to announce three existing industry expansions in the Town of Mooresville and Iredell County.
Pactiv, an industry leader in papers and plastic packaging announced a $15 Million investment in their existing facility in Mooresville. The company has over 40 manufacturing plants and considered multiple locations for this expansion. This investment follows on the heels of $28 Million investment, with the creation of 60 new jobs announced in September 2019.
Carolina Beverage Group, a contract beverage manufacturer, headquartered in Mooresville, has three facilities located across the United States. The Mooresville facility currently employees over three hundred people. The project will add a new malt beverage line to their existing facility, representing an investment of $9 Million and the creation of up to 70 new jobs.
Niagara Bottling, a leading manufacturer in the US utilizing state-of-the-art purification, filtration, and disinfection technologies to produce safe and refreshing products. This expansion represents an investment of $12 Million to construct a new 180,000 SF warehouse to support their manufacturing facility on property, adjacent to their current site in Mooresville. The company currently employees over 150 at their manufacturing facility here in Mooresville.
