Collett Industrial & Colliers Team Up Again for Northside 77 in Troutman, North Carolina

Collett Industrial is pleased to announce Northside 77, a three-building class A industrial park located in Troutman, NC. This ± 90-acre site offers: Building 1: ± 217,620 sq. ft., Building 2: ± 340,200 sq. ft., and Building 3: ± 135,200 sq. ft (totaling ± 693,020 SF). Construction is expected to begin during Q3 2023 with an estimated delivery date during the 2nd half 2024. Following the success of Airport 85 Business Center, this is the second project that Colliers | Charlotte and Collett Industrial have teamed up on within the Charlotte MSA.

Northside 77 is strategically located off exit 42 with frontage on Interstate 77, 34 miles from the City of Charlotte’s CBD and 11 miles from I-77 and I-40 interchange, providing access to 53% of U.S. population within a one-day drive. Colliers Grant Miller, SIOR and Phoebe Dinga will be handling the leasing for Northside 77.
