Matthew L. Pierce Has Become AICP Certified
Mooresville, NC – Iredell EDC is pleased to announce Matthew L. Pierce has become AICP certified through the American Planning Association. Pierce has been with Iredell EDC since 2018 and works as the Director, Business Retention & Expansion. Pierce leads the EDC’s Small Business Ombudsman and Existing Industry efforts across Iredell County and works closely with businesses through the planning and permitting process. The programs are designed to cultivate expansion and retention of businesses by understanding their collective needs, providing resources, and connecting them to networks.
